No. Generation credits for individual plans are based on a monthly cycle. They reset at the beginning of each month, and unused credits cannot be carried over to the next month.

We offer refunds, but only under the following circumstances: the service is unusable due to technical issues that were not resolved within a reasonable timeframe; or the user has not generated any images or used the service within 7 days of their first subscription. To request a refund, please contact us at admin@stylize-me.com with your order details and reason for the refund. We will review and process eligible refund requests within 7 business days. Please note that refunds are not available under the following conditions: if the user has not used all the generation credits in their plan; or if the user’s account is suspended or terminated for violating our terms of service.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps: log in to your account; click on your user avatar in the top right corner; select 'Cancel Subscription' from the dropdown menu; and confirm your cancellation. After cancellation, you will continue to enjoy the service until the end of the current subscription period, but no charges will be made for the next cycle.

Generating an image requires significant computing resources. We constantly optimize the generation speed. Pro and Premium users enjoy priority queue services, which help reduce the wait time.

Currently, Stylize Me only supports generating single-person images. The photo should feature only one person, with facial features clearly visible.

No, you will not be charged credits for failed generations. Credits are only deducted when images are successfully generated.

Currently, we don't support direct subscription upgrades or downgrades. To change your plan, you'll need to cancel your current subscription first, and then purchase a new plan at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

We offer two quality options: standard and high-definition (HD). HD images consume twice as many credits as standard images but provide superior detail and clarity. Basic plan allows for 50 HD or 100 standard images per month, Pro plan allows for 120 HD or 240 standard images, and Premium plan allows for 200 HD or 400 standard images.

Commercial use rights depend on your subscription plan. Basic and Pro plan users may not use generated images for commercial purposes. Only Premium plan subscribers have the right to use their generated images commercially.
