Stylize Me Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

Stylize Me is a personalized AI image generation service. Users can follow this process:

• Upload a clear front-facing photo;
• Select from over 200 templates or edit prompts to generate personalized images;
• Generate and download images after approximately 20 seconds of processing time.

Please note that when using the Service, you are fully responsible for the photos you upload and the content you generate, and must ensure compliance with these Terms.

2. Rules for Service Use

2.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use the Service only for legal and ethical purposes. The following actions are prohibited:

• Uploading, generating, or distributing images containing violence, pornography, hatred, discrimination, false information, or any inappropriate content;
• Infringing upon the privacy, reputation, image rights, intellectual property, or other legal rights of others;
• Using the service to generate any form of illegal content, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or defamation;
• Uploading photos of others or generating content related to others without their explicit authorization.

2.2 Upload Content Restrictions

• You may only upload your own photos or photos for which you have obtained explicit permission;
• Uploaded photos must be clear front-facing photos and must not contain sensitive content (such as pornography, violence, or offensive content).

2.3 Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your country (whichever is higher) to use the Service.

2.4 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review photos uploaded and images generated. If we discover any violation of these Terms, we have the right to immediately delete the relevant content, suspend or terminate your account, and report to relevant law enforcement agencies if necessary.

2.5 Prohibited Actions

You must not:

• Use the service to generate content that infringes on the rights of others;
• Upload, generate, or distribute photos of minors or sensitive content;
• Use the Service to impersonate others, scam, defraud, or engage in other deceptive practices;
• Perform automated batch operations or abuse the service.

3. Intellectual Property and User Rights

• Photos uploaded by users are stored solely to facilitate the service's functionality and to enable users to access their generation history. We will not use them for any purpose other than providing the service.
• For generated images, usage rights depend on your subscription plan:
  • Basic and Pro Plan: Generated images are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.
  • Premium Plan: Generated images may be used for commercial purposes.
• The intellectual property rights to the technology, algorithms, templates, and related content of the Service belong to Stylize Me. Without permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell related content.

4. Service Subscription and Fees

You need to pay the subscription fee according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual). Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable (unless eligible under the refund policy).

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Refund Conditions

We provide refunds in the following situations:

• Technical failures cause the service to be unavailable and are not fixed within a reasonable time;
• Users who have not generated any images or used the service within 7 days of their first subscription.

6.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

• User has not used all credits included in the subscription plan;
• User's service has been suspended or terminated due to violation of these Terms;
• User has not used the service for personal reasons.
